This album is a sort of 'soundtrack' to my mental state and struggles with anxiety over the last several months.

After quite some time dealing with creative blocks and false starts to other musical projects, this is the result of abandoning every conventional aspect of my usual methods of creating music and fully embracing the idea of creating a sound of a feeling.
